Hello and welcome to CC Fitness! My name is Carly Pedersen and I live in Detroit Lakes, MN. My passion for Fitness and Wellness started in High School. I was a two sport athlete and worked with a personal trainer. From there, I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from North Dakota State University in 2010. I have been a Personal/ Small Group Trainer and have taught fitness classes for the last 15 years and still love it!!! I hold certifications as a Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine), Fitness and Nutrition Specialist (Exercise and Nutrition Works), and Worksite/Individual Wellness Specialist and Program Manager (National Wellness Institute), to name a few. I enjoy helping others reach their fitness and wellness potential through encouragement, motivation, and support! I strive for my clients and class participants to kick the self doubt and believe that they are capable of accomplishing anything!
